Our Mission
At DICE we don’t want anything complicated.
We just want events and conferences to have a lineup of speakers that is representative of a world outside of the white, male, middle class men who have dominated business for so long.
Events and conferences hold a mirror up to the faces and thoughts of any industry. If everyone looks the same. If everyone speaks the same. If everyone says the same thing, nothing will change.
DICE certification is given to events and conferences that are diverse and inclusive. Not just in who participates, but in terms of what is said, and who attends. The alternative is no longer acceptable.
